Ms. Allen has in excess of thirty years experience in sales and marketing management experience within the Manufacturing, Distribution, Computer and Software Development and Education industries, serving in Principal, Vice President, Director and consultant capacities. She is experienced in a broad range of market development strategies and techniques including direct mail campaigns, tradeshow planning and design, public relations management, CRM and strategic alliance programs.
Ms. Allen is particularly skilled in assisting entrepreneurial oriented enterprises grow beyond their initial revenue barriers; helping them transition to a vision of broader market development and unlimited growth. She is experienced in the development of GSA contracts and partnerships with governmental organizations at the federal, state and municipal levels. Ms. Allen holds an undergraduate degree in communication from the University of Massachusetts and advanced certification in management from the Paris-American Academy in Paris.
Mr. Weiss has served as COO, VP/GM, Chief Projects Officer and consultant within the Defense, Telecom, Architecture/Design, Construction, Healthcare, Financial, Manufacturing and Entertainment industries for over twenty years. He is particularly focused on leadership development, program management, customer interface (including call center development), as well as operations, process improvement, quality and knowledge management systems.
Mr. Weiss began his career as an officer in the US Marine Corps. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy holding an Undergraduate Degree in Engineering and Operations Analysis, a Masters of Technology Management, and advance certification in Management Development from the USC Marshal School of Business. In addition to his service in the business community, Mr. Weiss serves as a teacher and/or guest lecturer at Concordia University and the executive education programs at USC Marshall and UCLA Anderson schools of business.
Mr. Denisoff brings to MPL over fifteen years experience in organizational management in the areas of leadership development, performance improvement, corporate culture, organizational transformation and personal development. He has served as manager, director, consultant, executive coach and facilitator within the Telecommunications, Technology, Healthcare and Service industries.
Mr. Denisoff has focused his career on assisting individuals and organizations reach their full potential; providing leadership for such organizations as Boulder Outdoor Survival School, Covey Leadership Center and Sprint Cellular’s Leadership Development Program. Mr. Denisoff received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, where he played as a member of the University’s 1988 National Championship football team, and his Masters in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
