                At MPL a turnaround engagement begins with a period of discovery that asks; what are the forces of change that have negatively affected performance? It is an intensive period of discussion, analysis and forensic examination (operational and financial).  We listen closely to every projection of strength and audit to substantiate its effect.  We similarly explore every identified weakness.

                We re-examine your enterprise’s relative position on the value chain (manufacture, wholesale, retail and industry), your life cycle stage (startup to seasoned) and your performance relative to your peers.  We evaluate your true net cash flow and your entire cost structure. 

                We examine your relationship with your customer—and the enterprise’s performance in their eyes.  We review your people assets—your employees; their performance, commitment to the company and understanding of what they do.  And then, armed with this information, we help you begin again.
